Weihenstephan Korbinian Doppelbock
An extremely dark colored double-bock beer for both stout beer lovers and the beer connoisseur. Extra long and cold storage in the Weihenstephaner monastery cellars makes this double-bock beer a really special beer with medium hops and lots of malt with a mild sweetness. Very smooth with a full mouthfeel, it’s mildly sweet, with flavors reminiscent of malted milk, marmalade, and caramel. {7.4% ABV}
Hofbräu München Delicator Doppelbock
A Hofbräu Brewery specialty with limited availability and only in draft in a few selected establishments. It falls into the category of double bock. However, this is not your typical bock beer. It has a pale color since only pilsner type malt is being used. Instead of the high fruitiness found in typical bock beers, it has a dryer, hoppier and smooth drinkability finish. {7.5% ABV}
Hofbräu München Maibock
The success story of Munich’s oldest bock beer goes back as far as 1614. Its aromatic flavor and alcoholic content of approximately 7.2% by volume makes it one of the best creations from Hofbräu’s brewing kettles. Hofbräu Maibock marks one of the high points in the beer-lover’s calendar! By tradition, the first barrel of Maibock is tapped at the Hofbräuhaus in the last week of April, in time for the merry month of May. {7.2% ABV}
Schneider Weisse Tap 5 Meine Hopfenweisse
This beer has a full orange color and the aromatics pair the banana and clove notes from the Schneider yeast with the mango and citrus qualities of the hops. The bitterness is robust but balanced, and the beer has a clean, hoppy finish. Scheider has a definite winner on their hands with this very pale, very unusual, very distinctive, weizenbock. Rejecting most notions of heavy, malty, intense wheat-beer-weizenbocks, Schneider has made a fruity, hoppy, and generally “light”-flavored weizenbock. Something beer drinkers should try if they fancy the style and a taste of something new. {8.2% ABV}
